Africa faces intersecting crises: accelerating climate impacts, catastrophic biodiversity loss, and the danger that vulnerable communities will be left behind in the transition to low-carbon economies. Although the continent contributes only a small fraction of global emissions, it is among the most exposed to climate shocks and ecosystem degradation. The Regenerative Africa Library exists to ensure African writers can speak directly to these realities and help shape more just, regenerative futures for Africa and the entire world.
